Are there order minimums?

We can work with you on many different levels depending on your interest ranging from special order situations to stocking and/or flooring our line. Speak to your account manager and they will tailor your account to your needs.

Does Wooded River offer a swatch program?

Yes, Wooded River has a full swatch program available along with individual cuttings as needed.

Does Wooded River offer Custom Design Services?

Does Wooded River Drop Ship?

Yes, we can! A minimal fee does apply and will be quoted based on where you need your order drop shipped.

What are lead times for custom orders?

Our lead times vary based on order volume. Though most lead times are 2-3 weeks, it is best to contact your account manager for up-to-date lead times based on your order size.
